When we are in flow, we are flowing with life. This means that we are present in the moment, attentive and go with what shows up. We make our decisions and actions based on our intuition, our inner guidance, as well as our rational mind and our experiences.

The image of a canoe trip on a river illustrates this state well. There are calm sections where we are carried leisurely and relax. But there are also whitewater sections where we must be alert and quick to react:  Recognize what is needed and be able to switch gears.

The energy in FLOW supports us in reaching this state. It strengthens the connection to intuition, inner guidance, and the skills that are needed at that moment.
