We deliver to DHL packing stations and to your desired delivery address (except Switzerland).
For orders to Switzerland, please contact our local wholesaler:

Delivery time:

• Within Germany: 1-3 days
• To other EU-countries: 3-10 days

Delivery charges and shipping costs

All prices include VAT plus shipping costs. We charge shipping costs:

for deliveries within Germany (consumer and therapists):  is free.

for deliveries within Germany (resellers):

• € 5.60 (net) / € 6.66 (gross). 
• From € 500.00 the shipping is free. 

for deliveries to other EU-countries:

• € 9.90 for parcels up to 1 kg.
• For heavier parcels we charge € 16.00 up to 3 kg and € 18.00 from 3 kg.

for deliveries to non-EU-countries:
