The essence has proven to be beneficial when we feel tense, torn apart or stretched like an elastic band. It also supports us when there is tension in our environment which we strongly feel or which clearly influences us. It helps to integrate separated parts of our being back into the body-energy system. In phases of an increase in vibrations we might get a feeling of being stretched like a rubber band, which this essence can alleviate. It also happens when we are taking a growth step or if we just attended a spiritual seminar or workshop.
